Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases of digital downloads are generally final once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us:

  • You received an incorrect digital file.

  • Your download link does not work.

  • The PDF is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened.

  • You were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.

Physical Products
